                              RESOLUTION NO. 21278
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF
                 TWO (2) FIRE HYDRANTS FOR PUBLIC FIRE
                 PROTECTION AT LOCATIONS MORE PARTICULARLY
                 DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF
                 THE TARIFF THEREFOR.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       installation of two (2) fire hydrants for public fire protection
       located as follows:
       	    One (1) fire hydrant to be located at Brainerd Road and
                 Pisgah Avenue, and approximately six hundred twenty
                 (620) feet of eight (8) inch main to be laid on Pisgah
                 Avenue
      
       	    One (1) fire hydrant to be located at Pisgah Avenue and
                 Brooks Circle
      
      
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that payment of the tariff to
       the Tennessee-American Water Company be and is hereby authorized.
